Protection Plus Parts & Labor Warranty Program
The Protection Plus Nationwide Parts & Labor Warranty provides both you and your customer significant benefits. Customerís can rest assured that repairs performed will be guaranteed with a 12 month/12,000 mile Nationwide Warranty. Additionally, customerís traveling outside your market area will be covered anywhere in the United States and Canada. This value added program will not only help set you apart from your competitors, but will help to retain customers. Ask your salesperson for complete details.








Roadside Assistance Program
Pronto offers your customers Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States and Canada. Service includes a jump-start or tow, up to $60.00, for one (1) year from the date of purchase of Pronto product by the customer. Roadside assistance is for passenger vehicles, vans and light trucks.








ASE Reimbursement Program
If one of your technicians successfully completes an ASE certification or recertification, Pronto will reimburse the technician the cost of each passed test; which today is $27. Along with the reimbursement check, the technician will receive a certificate to display. There is no limit to the amount of reimbursements in a year.








We have partnered with Delphi and offer as part of this program, two training programs with unlimited use. One program is a very high quality Web-based Interactive Technical Training Program and the other; Auto IQ, is a consumer application that provides a simplified overview of the service and repair process of the vehicles systems and components. The Technical training portion provides training on brakes, steering, electrical, OBD, and OBD II. Training is broken up into modules to insure the greatest benefit to the technician. The modules provide quizzes and interactive exercises. As a shop owner you will be able to track the progress of your technician in the process. Through the use of the Auto IQ program, you can illustrate the repair you are proposing for your customerís automobile. Auto IQ may increase your customers understanding of the cost of the repair and the level of difficulty required to do the job.








Targeted Consumer Direct Mail
This is another major advantage of the Smart Choice Advantage Service Center Program; four times a year we offer an opportunity to advertise through a direct mail program at a tremendous savings to you. The direct mail piece is customized to you and only mailed to the list or area you provide. Additionally, the mailer goes directly to the specified address and not just occupant. The direct mail program is exceptional in two ways; one you get to select what you want to advertise and the price point, and second you are able to mail at a favorable rate.
